Ah, I never thought I would be MIL (missing in laziness) for so long. I’m done with my exams as well as my extended essays (they were due to the end of march). I guess I’m behind a few months; after all this is still my February shopping list. Then again this was written on May the 5th. I’m not sure how active I will stay as I lost most of my motivation to read manga. They just seem boring to me. I’m reading occasionally, but not as much as I used to and I don’t enjoy it as much as well. And this blog is now more like a burden than an enjoyment, sigh. (I don’t know where to put my manga anyway, I have NO SPACE!)

Grubby just won the World Cyber Games in a very close and epic encounter against his clan mate Moon. Now that most of the eSport events this year are over I’ll have more time for manga again. This month looks slim with only 5 manga on my list, but Solanin counts for 2 and Ikkyu should count for 1.5 so it settles at a nice amount of reading material.

I forgot to post my August shopping list, so here it is, combined with the September shopping list. The September releases contain a wide range of different comic media and also a wide range of “sub-genre”. It’s a pretty awesome month. I wonder what October has in store for me.

No introductory paragraph, because I’m too lazy to think about one and am busy with exams! Oh, and if you wonder what happened to the “German Manga Charts”, I don’t know either, it seems there were no new charts released since February.

Yup, yup it does! After an April without any manga purchases, May is full of them, and by full, I mean PACKED. 9 manga with two new series, lots of manly seinen action, spiced up with some mindless shounen; in other words: a great month! Here’s the shopping list for May:

So now that we all are familiar with the German releases in March, here’s my shopping list for the same month. It got rather heavy, with 9 definite purchases, 10 if you count Taniguchi’s release as two (2x price, 2x pages), that’s 3 more than last month and 8 more than in January!

My two weeks long exam period starts in ca. 9 days, but after I’m through with them, I can – at last read manga again! I’ll also have more time to finish off some review drafts, which have been piling up for a while now. January was a very light month, with only two titles on my list, but February is the opposite with 7 definite purchases and 3 possible ones. Below you can find the list –same procedure as every year shopping list entry (ref. to this)

While I changed the design again… November looks to be a very expensive month for me. Then again that also means a very joyous month. I have lots of new reading and reviewing material, and I’ll try to review as many manga as possible.

I’m happy to see the first volume of Pumpkin Scissors published by Del Rey. I was interested in the anime and watched the first episode over at ADV films, but anime isn’t really my personal preferred entertainment medium. I rather go with manga. For my other November purchases, well I guess you know your way by now. ;)

Here’s my shopping list for October. It seems to be a little short (5 manga), when compared to my September list (9 orders). Two of the nine have yet to arrive, one being: Zero: Circle of Flow volume 2 and the other one Junk: Record of the Last Hero volume 4. However, I won’t mind (lie)…at least my my purse won’t (truth), it shall rejoice this month… Now that I go over my release list I actually realize that even one of the August manga (Sin volume 2) also hasn’t arrived yet. Well, the introduction to my October shopping list got rather long, if it didn’t scare you away, please click on “Read more”.
